SeeMore Revitalization
How do you revitalize a brand with a great technology
and legendary performance? We used the fundamentals for SeeMore: compelling
messages and dedicated media relations. We reintroduced SeeMore in the
Fall as building awareness before Golf Season was critical. We began our outreach
with media on Tour, at their desks and at the PGA Show. In personal media briefings,
we introduced new ownership, mission and the new mSeries RST alignment technology.
This was supported by focused, consistent and timely news releases and media
outreach about SeeMore’s Tour success. This proactive media relations
strategy built trust and credibility that catapulted SeeMore with Zach Johnson’s
dramatic victory at the Masters using his SeeMore putter. Johnson’s success
was followed by many more around the world.
Fujikura Shafts Leadership
When you’re the seven-year shaft leader on all Tours, what do you capitalize on it to build awareness and market share? We have created a communications system that consistently and proactively broadcasts Fujikura’s leadership position on Tour and in the market on a weekly basis with strong, newsworthy stories. Our efforts leverage our propriety network of golf thought leaders and influencers and is reinforced by personalized media outreach and story development with golf’s premier international media.
Growing Greatest Game
Golf’s at a growth crossroads. Many respected, talented and resourceful organizations have tried to stem the tide and grow golf. We are building a better model, focusing on health and family fun aspects of golf and developing a scalable model for lapsed parents and intimidated new golfers.
AirZone Sports Golf Nets US Introduction
When this unique, innovative and eye-stopping product hired us less than month before the PGA show, we hustled and developed media strategies, and released the introduction story within two days of our relationship. Media and customers flocked to the AirZone PGA show booth to film, photograph and order this new durable and convenient golf practice net. News releases distributed before and during the Show and resulting coverage were lauded by the client as the reason for this overwhelming traffic and business at the Show.
Evans Scholars Foundation
This PGA Tour event is the Midwest leg of the prestigious Fedex Tour Playoffs and it benefits the legendary Chick Evans Caddie Scholarship Foundation. In Chicago, the home of the Foundation and its Western Golf Association parent organization, the Scholarship has high visibility, but in St. Louis that’s not the case. As a member of the WGA marketing committee, Macali oversees the strategy and leads the St. Louis and Missouri public relations plan to build awareness, applications to and fundraising for the Evans Scholarship.
